- 1Step 1 of 6
Separate the hair into two sections, right above the occipital bone, and pin the front half away.
- 2Step 2 of 6
Begin working in the back with your De-Bob texturizing guard. Holding the De-Bulker parallel to the head, making sure the guard is flat against the strands. Start at the midlengths and slide down, careful not to remove from the ends.
Note: Remember that the harder you press the De-Bulker against the strands, the deeper the channels are carved.
- 3Step 3 of 6
Unclip the top section of the hair, and divide that in half. Pin up the hair in the front, and bring down that second section, combing it through with a broad-tooth comb.
- 4Step 4 of 6
Still using your De-Bob texturizing guard, enter at the midlengths and slide the De-Bulker through the hair, removing the weight.
- 5Step 5 of 6
Repeat this step on the last section of the hair after unclipping and brushing it through with a wide-tooth comb.
