Primary Colors From Joico's Sue Pemberton

For this look, Joico International Vero K-PAK Color Artistic Director Sue Pemberton turned to a flag to inspire the color design. Specifically, the red, yellow, blue and orange hues and prominent cross shapes common on most European flags.
