Shampoo with CHI Enviro Purity Shampoo and leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse well.

Towel blot hair 50% and comb smooth.

Section hair into 4 sections.

Begin the application of the CHI Enviro American Smoothing Treatment at the nape of the neck. Use the small tooth side of the CHI Carbon Comb to evenly distribute the product from the roots of the hair to the ends.

Once application is complete, process at room temperature.

Using a CHI Round Brush or CHI Paddle Brush, begin blow drying using the CHI TOUCH Blow Dryer and dry hair completely. This will start the sealing process.

Make a large circle section on the top of the head—with a small triangle section within the circle. Secure sections loosely with plastic clips.

Apply CHI Ionic Color 4CM + 10-volume CHI Generator, beginning 1/8 –inch off of the scalp, to the bottom section.
Note: Color can be done the same day as the CHI Enviro American Smoothing Treatment.

Protecting the backdrop color with a layer of foil, release the next section and apply CHI Ionic Color 7CG + 20-volume CHI Generator, omitting the top triangle section.

Apply the 4CM + 10-volume to the top triangle, and process according to the manufacturer’s directions.
