Apply POWER BLONDE using a virgin application. Process and shampoo.
Apply toner to damp hair from scalp to ends. Process, shampoo, apply Scruples NO H2O2 No Peroxide, condition and dry. - 3Step 3 of 7
Apply dimension color 1 in three back-to-back slices ½-inch back of front hairline. - 4Step 4 of 7
Moving ½-inch to 1-inch back from previous slice repeat three back-to-back slices using dimension color 1. - 5Step 5 of 7
On side of head, apply three diagonal back slices back-to-back slightly above round of head using dimension color 1. - 6Step 6 of 7
