Step 1: Oscar misted Kelly's hair with his Proteine di Jasmine which acted as a setting lotion and protector from the heat he'd be using later. Proteine di Jasmine infuses a previously styled hair shaft with soy and wheat proteins and allows hair to withstand a second or third application of heat and abuse to remold the look when using a flat/curling iron or blow dryer. - 2Step 2 of 5
Step 2: After misting the hair with Jasmine Protein Mist, Oscar applied No Gravity to the roots to create soft volume. He then applied Olio di Jasmine Hair Serum on the ends to create radiant shine. - 3Step 3 of 5
Step 3: "With a large round brush I blew out sections creating a faux roller set. Once my set cooled I tasseled the hair with cold air from my blow dryer," said Oscar. "The hair will know where it wants to go."

Step 4: As a final touch, Oscar sprayed an even layer of his Lacca Hairspray to make sure Kelly's "effortless look" stayed put. - 5Step 5 of 5
