    Section front piece of the hair from the crown, brush forward and clip to hold.

    Smooth the rest of the hair down to the nape of your neck into a pony tail.

    Using an elastic band with two clips, pin one of the clips into the middle of the pony tail, twist the band around the pony tail and put the second clip into your pony tail to hold in place.

    Take a small section of the ponytail and wrap around to disguise the elastic band, use a clip to hold in place. Hairspray to keep hair smooth.

    Backcomb the ponytail to get volume and then smooth over the top with a brush.

    Flip the ponytail upside down and pin to the right of the hair. Tuck the ends under to hide and create the chignon.

    Section the front section of hair and backcomb to get body; spray with hairspray.

    Brush this section back, smoothing the top layer.

    Twist backwards loosely into a quiff and use hairspray to hold, finishing with a clip to keep it in place.
