Prep and blow-dry the hair with Joico Heat Set Blowout Perfecting Creme. Add texture to the hair using Joico Iron Clad Thermal Protectant Spray and a large curling iron.

Create a circular section at the crown, leaving the front hairline out. Lightly backcomb the underneath of the section, and twist and secure the section at the base of the crown with bobby pins. Tame any stray hairs with Joico Power Spray.

Evenly divide the hair down the center back. This includes the remaining hair from the previously pinned section. Joico Power Spray can be used to control to the shape.

Direct the sections forward toward the ear. Create a three-strand braid and secure the ends with an elastic band.

At close range, spray the underside of the braid with Joico Gold Dust Shimmer Spray and allow them to dry completely. Spray more for a dazzling rose-gold effect, spray less for a subtle, sparking shimmer.

Wrap the braids up and across the top of the head shape. Secure with bobby pins.
