- 1Step 1 of 10

Apply Victory Barber & Brand PRIMER Volume & Texture Tonic to damp hair in the area where you want to see the most volume.
- 2Step 2 of 10

Apply Victory Barber & Brand SUPER-DRY Oil Free Texture Paste into damp hair and work through the ends.
- 3Step 3 of 10

To create the right amount of volume in a backward-flowing shape, begin blow drying in the front of the head, overdirecting the hair at the root forward over the face. Do this until the root area is 80% dry and leave the hair in a forward motion to cool.
- 4Step 4 of 10

Pull the sides straight back with a brush and direct the airflow backwards to compress the sides and to give it a blowback look.
- 5Step 5 of 10

In the back, alternate back-and-forth using a wrap drying method to follow the airflow over the shape of the head from roots to ends
- 6Step 6 of 10

Start creating your volume at the high point of the head. Lift the hair up with a vented Denman brush and stretch it out. Take small sections that are roughly the width of the brush and work your way toward the forehead, directing the airflow back away from the face and elevating each section slightly more than the previous.
- 7Step 7 of 10

On the last section before the hairline, instead of pulling the hair up, pull it out forward over the face with the airflow angled upward.
- 8Step 8 of 10

Remove the condenser nozzle and hit the cool shot button on the blow dryer. Work with your hands to style and shape the hair while the cold air locks it into place.
- 9Step 9 of 10

Finished look.
