Put a twist on an ordinary ponytail! During the Fendi Fall/Winter Runway show, master hairstylist Sam McKnight created a laced ponytail wrap that was both trendy and chic. BTC loved this creative pony so much that we wanted to see who would step up to the challenge of recreating it. And BTC Member Lindsay Mikesell Wolf from The Blowdry Cafe stepped up. Try this ponylicious creation when she’s looking for a little something different. Prep the hair by cocktailing the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Hydrocream Whip and the Styling Treatment Oil. Apply generously throughout. Eliminate any frizz and flyaways using cool to medium heat with a blow-dryer and Mason Pearson brush.

Section hair into 4 sections. Secure back section into a low, sleek ponytail. Secure with elastic.
