Before: Model has natural level 9 light blonde hair.
Color Technique Formulas:
Formula 1: VeroLight with 10 Volume (3%) Veroxide (Gold foil)
Formula 2: Vero K-PAK Color HLB with double 40 Volume (12%) Veroxide (Copper foil)
Formula 3: Vero K-PAK Color ½ INV + ½ TPB with 10 Volume (3%) Veroxide (Purple foil) - 2Step 2 of 11
Step 1: Starting at the crown area and working toward the fringe in the longer area at the top parting take a vertical-diagonal slice parting and apply Formula 1 1/8-inch from the scalp area through the midshaft to the ends. - 3Step 3 of 11
Step 2: Continuing in the same direction, take five back-to-back vertical-diagonal slice partings and apply: Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula 4, Formula 2 and Formula 1. - 4Step 4 of 11
Step 3: Proceed to the side area just above the ear. Working toward the nape area, take three back-to-back vertical-diagonal slice partings and apply: Formula 1, Formula 2 and Formula 3. On the third slice parting, begin staggering down the head toward the nape area so that the foils create a vertical angle. - 5Step 5 of 11
Step 4: Continuing in the same direction take three back-to- back vertical-diagonal slice partings and apply: Formula 4, Formula 2 and Formula 1. - 6Step 6 of 11
Step 5: Proceed to the top parting on the opposite side. Working toward the fringe area, take two back-to- back horizontal-diagonal slice partings and apply Formula 3 and Formula 4. - 7Step 7 of 11
Step 6: Continuing in the same direction, leave parting of hair unfoiled, then take a horizontal-diagonal slice parting and apply Formula 2. Proceed to the side area just above the ear, take a vertical-diagonal slice parting and apply Formula 1. - 8Step 8 of 11
Step 7a: Working toward the back, take five vertical diagonal slice partings and apply: Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula 4, Formula 2 and Formula 1. Proceed to the fringe area below the parting that was foiled earlier, leave a slice of hair unfoiled, then take a diagonal slice parting and apply Formula 2. - 9Step 9 of 11
Step 7b: Process for 45 minutes, rinse. Apply K-PAK Shampoo, rinse. Apply K-PAK Cuticle Sealer for 5 minutes, rinse. Apply K-PAK Intense Hydrator for 5 minutes, rinse. Style hair with appropriate Joico styling products. - 10Step 10 of 11
