Starting on a client who is a natural Level 6 with some grown-out highlights, take small sections and highlight the entire head using Formula A. (You can leave out a bottom section at the nape if your client is OK with that.)

Let process until desired lightness is achieved and rinse. Do not shampoo. While at the bowl, tone with Formula B, let process up to 20 minutes and rinse.

Next, apply the pH-Bonder No. 2 Fiber Restorative Pre-Wash Concentrate throughout the entire head. Leave on the hair for 10 minutes at room temperature. Then, rinse thoroughly and follow up with Redken Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner.

Finally, give your client the pH-Bonder No. 3 Post-Service Perfector to take home. They should apply it once a week to wet hair before shampooing and conditioning.
