FORMULA:
Prelighten: Wella Blondor
Cellophanes in foil packet and at base: 98% Champagne Blonde* + 2% Cranberry Red
Cellophanes in between foil packets: Ice Blonde
Cellophanes on ends: Sapphire BluePrelighten with Wella Blondor.

On dry, cleansed hair, apply Cellophanes blend of Champagne Blonde and Cranberry Red Cellophanes at the base and comb through to create a transitional effect. Then, taking horizontal sections throughout the head, apply in a layered foil packet. - 4Step 4 of 7
Gently heat foil packet with a flat iron. - 5Step 5 of 7
Apply Ice Blonde Cellophanes on the rest of the hair, excluding the ends. - 6Step 6 of 7
To create a dip-dyed effect, apply desired shade to ends. To heat, wrap flat iron with foil and press the colored ends with the heated iron. For the model Sapphire Blue Cellophanes was used. Shampoo and condition. - 7Step 7 of 7
