- 1Step 1 of 9

On clean, damp hair, spray Restore Perfecting Spray from roots to ends. Then, apply Timeless Plumping Mousse and style using a comb-over, blow-dry technique to prep your client.
Start the style by creating a section from the crown to the recession point (just above the occipital) and section off with a chop stick.
- 2Step 2 of 9

Create side sections.
- 3Step 3 of 9

Section back the remaining hair with a loose band. (This will be released later.)
- 4Step 4 of 9

Backbrush the back sides of both side panel sections.
- 5Step 5 of 9

Smooth and secure both side panels with two connected elastics. Be sure to loop each elastic on both sides an equal amount of times.
- 6Step 6 of 9

Backbrush the crown section in ½-inch subsections, then smooth the top layer with Style Lab Flex Shaping Hairspray. Pin section for extra hold.
- 7Step 7 of 9

Remove the bottom elastic and unify the crown section and bottom section by smoothing together.
- 8Step 8 of 9

Finish with Control Hairspray for hold, then Restore Instant Protection to polish.
- 9Step 9 of 9

Finished look.
