Apply Formula A to the root area.

Hair paint using Formula B. Be sure to use a lighter touch as you move up the hair strand. This will help to soften the line between transitioning colors.

Cover all of Formula B with Embee Meche strips to keep Formula B from drying out. Process under medium heat for up to 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes.

When desired level of lightness is achieved, rinse the color and lightly shampoo.

Tone with Formula C for up to 15 minutes. Finish up with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner.
