From a center part, take a vertical section from the apex to above the ear. Fishtail braid the section, then repeat on the opposite side of the head.
Pro Tip: Braid all the way down to the tip, secure with an elastic and then start pancaking for a fast, easy and clean braid.

Take the first braid and cross it over the head, halo-style. Pin into place, then repeat on the opposite side.

Working in horizontal sections at the crown, spray the hair with ColorProof SeaSugar™ Salt-Free Beach Spray and lightly tease. When desired volume is reached, smooth hair over the teased crown.

Pull hair into a low pony, leaving hair at the front near the face out. Spray the ponytail with SeaSugar™ Salt-Free Beach Spray and lightly tease for volume.

Twist the pony and pin into a chignon.

Take the front right section, twist and drape it over the chignon, pinning into place. Repeat on the opposite side.
