Divide the hair as shown. - 3Step 3 of 10
Divide panel A into diagonal sections, cutting the hair to angle it upward slightly. Make each section a little higher so the hair is graduated. - 4Step 4 of 10
Repeat the cut in panel B. - 5Step 5 of 10
Divide panel C into diagonal sections parallel to the sections in panel A. Layer each section over the previous one and keep the same angle. - 6Step 6 of 10
Repeat the cut in panel D, using panel B as a reference. - 7Step 7 of 10
Within panel E, create diagonal sections at a sharp angle, disconnected from panel C. - 8Step 8 of 10
Use the same cutting technique that you used for panel F, with a longer perimeter than the one for panel E. Increase the angle beginning with the third line in order to achieve a gradual look. - 9Step 9 of 10
Join panel F and panel D. Then create a circular section in panel G, perpendicular to the base, beginning at about a 45-degree angle. Increase the angle for each subsequent section. Join with panel C. - 10Step 10 of 10

To style, dry the hair with a brush and create waves in section G. Set with hairspray. Alternatively, you can straighten for a sleek look.
