Apply a coast of essie First Base Base Coat allowing each nail to dry. Layer 2 coats of essie Ballet Slippers on all 10 nails. - 3Step 3 of 5
Apply a coat of essie Fiesta to the top half of the nail, closest to the tip, in the shape of 2 circles (like the top of a heart). Make sure to wait 2 minutes for it to dry thoroughly.

With essie Lollipop, follow the same lines as Fiesta, leaving enough pink peeking though so it looks like double hearts. Finish with a coast of Good to Go Top Coat.
