Isolate a diagonal diamond shape section on crown area approx 1-2 inch deep. - 2Step 2 of 11
Isolate an S pattern shape on the fringe area, moving down to the left front side area. - 3Step 3 of 11
Take a diagonal section beginning from right side temple area up above the ear point.
Curve asymmetrically to the opposite side until you meet the S pattern on the left hand side, this will complete your under color section. - 4Step 4 of 11
Isolate an elongated triangle just left of the occipital area 3-4 inches long. - 5Step 5 of 11
Begin by applying your darkest color to the underneath sections first. - 6Step 6 of 11
Continue to apply your darkest color to the front fringe area under your S pattern shape around the hairline.
Apply your darkest color to the diamond on the crown area.

Apply your medium backdrop color to all the remaining areas, except the triangle at the back and the S pattern section. - 8Step 8 of 11
Use your lightest color/lightener on your S-pattern section and triangle on the back.
