Prep the hair with Keratin Complex Sweet Definition Texturizing Sugar Mist. - 3Step 3 of 6
Section the hair into three sections. Take 2-inch sub-section at the bottom of the section, beginning at the midlength, and place the barrel pointing downward, underneath the section of hair. - 4Step 4 of 6
Wrap the hair around the barrel, rope style. Leave the last 1 to 2 inches of hair unwrapped. Hold the hair on the iron for 3 to 5 seconds. Gently slide the section of hair off the barrel and allow the hair to cool before releasing the section.
To create an undone style, alternate the wave pattern by starting the next sub-section with the barrel on top of the hair before wrapping. Continue this method throughout the entire head. For the sub-sections around the face, start with the barrel underneath the hair, at approximately eye-level, before wrapping.
Tip: Use smaller sub-sections to achieve more defined waves.
