Using diagonal slices, apply Formula A moving from the top of the head downward.

Repeat throughout the entire head.

Let highlights process for 35 minutes.

Then, shampoo the hair 3 times.

On the third wash, let shampoo sit on the hair and under a dryer for 10 minutes. (This helps open up the cuticles in the hair to prepare for the taming treatment.)
