Begin in the back by babylighting the hair with Formula A at the nape. From the nape up in a Mohawk section, use Formula B to continue babylighting. When you finish, check the back foils and rinse the sections that have achieved a Level 9 pale yellow to avoid overprocessing.

  3. 3Step 3 of 8

On the side panels, use Formula C to babylight. Use Formula D on the hair that you left out of the foils. Process until everything in the foils is a Level 9 pale yellow. Rinse out one section at a time for an even lift.

Rinse, then tone the roots with Formula D for 15 minutes to blend her natural base into the babylights while keeping the babylights visible. Rinse, then tone again by applying Formula E all over. Process for 20 minutes. Rinse again, then tone again with Formula D for a clearer gray tone. Rinse, dry and style.
