Start with smooth, dry hair. - 2Step 2 of 11
Apply a light mist of Pravana NEVO Invisible Control. - 3Step 3 of 11
Begin in the nape, ironing the hair with a 1-inch wand, working up the head in small ¼-inch sections, twisting and wrapping the hair around the wand, vertically. Spray each curl with Pravana NEVO Super Shape to set. Allow the curl to cool. - 4Step 4 of 11
Moving into the sides and up to the top of the head, work in the same small ¼-inch sections, twisting ends away from the face. - 5Step 5 of 11
Allow set to cool. Apply Pravana NEVO Hydra Pearls throughout to add shine and protection. - 6Step 6 of 11
Using a wide-tooth comb, lightly comb out the set. - 7Step 7 of 11
Working from the bottom up, backcomb at the root throughout, using a teasing brush. Then smooth and set the hair with Pravana NEVO Super Shape. - 8Step 8 of 11
Form the curls into an undulating wave pattern, and set with duck-bill clips. - 9Step 9 of 11
Using a flat iron, lightly press the mid-section of the wave, creating the ridge as a fingerwave. Allow the set to cool. - 10Step 10 of 11
