Music fest season is officially in full swing and so are the grungy/ hippie-chic looks being sported by celebs and music fans alike—colorful hair, do-rags and plenty of Boho-inspired plaits. One of our favorites fresh off Coachella is Kate Bosworth’s Mohawk braid. To add texture, start by prepping the hair with OSiS+ Refresh Dust and run OSiS+ Thrill through the hair that will be braided to keep it intact.

Take a ½-inch wide section from the center of the head back to the top of the crown, clipping down the sides for control.

Create an inside out cornrow braid, securing with a small elastic.
