    Claire’s natural color is a level 6, dark blond. Her hair contains scattered highlights, which were placed approximately 3 months ago; it appears that a powder highlighting product was used.

    The shape of the hairline at the face frame is examined.

    A fringe section, approximately 1 ¼ inches back from the face frame is isolated away from the hair directly surrounding the face.

    The hair behind the fringe is secured with metal clips.

    After protecting the hair behind the fringe with foil, a high lift, neutral blond shade (Joico K-PAK HLN) mixed with 40 volume developer is applied roots through ends of the fringe.

    Great care is taken so that each strand is completely saturated. Hair is left to process for 60 minutes at room temp.
