Divide the hair into panels as shown in the picture. - 6Step 6 of 12
Panel A: Taking horizontal sections, cut a single long squared perimeter. - 7Step 7 of 12
Panel B: Start from the center nape. Working with vertical sections, comb the hair down and cut a long squared layer. Continue working vertically overlapping all sections over the first one. Refine the perimeter joining it to the length of section A. - 8Step 8 of 12
Panel C: Start from the top of the head taking vertical sections going towards the forehead; comb the hair up and cut a line. Continue overlapping all sections over the first. The length of this panel should be less and not connected to panel A and B lengths. - 9Step 9 of 12
Panel D: Take horizontal sections. Comb the hair towards the exterior and cut layered lines following the head curve. Take a length similar to that of panel C and work the whole panel without overlapping. - 10Step 10 of 12
Panel E: Work with sections starting from the crown to the forehead. Starting from the side closer to panel C, comb the hair up and cut a line perpendicular to the head. The length must be slightly longer than section C and D. Overlap each section to the previous one to create a short-to-long effect. - 11Step 11 of 12
Refine the perimeter using different techniques to add movement and lightness. - 12Step 12 of 12
