Apply EIMI Ocean Spritz on dry hair to create a rough, matte texture. Separate hair into two pieces starting on the right side of the head.

Take a small section of hair from the first piece on the right-hand side and pass it over that piece into the center. Do the same for the left-hand side and keep repeating, alternating sides until complete.
