Steps
1. Part the hair into four sections. Then, apply Formula A from the roots to about 3 inches down.
Note: Annie’s client was already prelightened, so she didn’t need to apply a lightening formula first.
2. For added dimension, take 1½-inch sections and selectively apply Formula A from the roots to the ends. "I chose which pieces to paint based off the round of her head and how she likes to normally wear her hair,” shares Annie.
3: For the remaining hair, apply Formula B from the midlengths to the ends.
