Steps

1. Working off her natural part, create a 2-inch diagonal back section around the hairline. Using ½-inch horizontal sections, balayage Formula A in triple points, working up to the part.

2. Repeat on the other side.

3. Behind the hairline, section from the parietal ridge up. Use ½-inch horizontal subsections and begin working up to the parietal ridge.

4. In these subsections, balayage Formula A in triple points from the roots to the ends and balayage a single point of Formula B behind your triple points.

Pro Tip: Only paint Formula B 3 inches down. Do not pull it through to the ends.

5. Paint a 3-inch horizontal veil using Formula B, painting the entire section just 3 inches down.

6. Repeat Step 2 until you’ve reached the part. Repeat on other side.

7. Process until you’ve reached a pale yellow. Rinse the hair well, towel-dry and comb out the hair. Do not use shampoo.

8. Glaze with Formula C for 10 minutes from the roots to the ends. Then shampoo with L’Oréal Luo-Post Light Revealing Post Shampoo.

9. Apply Formula D to the roots about an inch down and process for 5 minutes.

10. Shampoo with L’Oréal Pro Fiber Recover Shampoo. Treat hair with L’Oréal Pro Fiber Recover Concentrate for 5 minutes. Rinse and style as desired.
