The Formulas

- Level 4 outgrowth
Steps
- Using a heavy babylight foiling technique, prelighten the Level 4 outgrowth with Formula A and process until she reaches a Level 9/10.
- Rinse the hair, shampoo and towel-dry, then blend out the highlight lines by applying Formula B to the base. Process for 20 minutes, then rinse and shampoo again.
- Completely dry the hair, then apply Formula C throughout the entire head on the blonde hair only. Process for 25 minutes, then rinse and condition.
- For the style, spray Kenra Professional Platinum Blow-Dry Spray and blow-dry. Then, spray Kenra Air Grip Spray 5 and create messy waves to add movement and show off the dimension.
