The Formulas
- Natural/Starting Level:
- 7
- Formula A (midshafts and ends):
- Redken Flash Lift Lightener + 30-volume developer
- Formula B (roots):
- Redken Flash Lift Lightener +20-volume developer applied to the root
- Formula C (base):
- ½ tube PRAVANA VIVIDS Violet + ½ tube PRAVANA VIVIDS Wild Orchid
- Formula D (base):
- PRAVANA VIVIDS Red + PRAVANA VIVIDS Wild Orchid
- Formula E (triangle section):
- PRAVANA VIVIDS Violet + PRAVANA VIVIDS Red + PRAVANA VIVIDS Orange + PRAVANA VIVIDS Wild Orchid
Steps
1. Apply Formula A to the midshafts and ends and Formula B to the roots. Process for 20 minutes without heat, lifting her root to a Level 9.
2. Wash and apply PRAVANA Deep Hydrating Hair Mask and blow-dry the hair.
3. Next, apply Formula C as the base, lifting the midshafts and ends to a Level 8-9 to allow the red and magenta to be a bit warmer.
4. Melt Formula C into Formula D at the roots.
5. For the rainbow section, create a triangle section from above the ear, taking diagonal slices and apply Formula E.
6. Processes without hear for 30 minutes, the rinse with cold water, blow-dry the hair and style as desired.
