The Formulas
- Formula A (root smudge)Redken Shades EQ 4N + 1B + Shades EQ Processing Solution Formula B (balayage)
- Wella Professionals BLONDOR Freelights White Lightening Powder + 40-volume developer + b3 Brazilian Bond Builder
Steps
- Apply Formula A to the roots. Process, rinse and blow-dry.
- Then, balayage by applying Formula B in 3-inch horizontal panels and leaving out enough hair for built-in lowlights. Process, then rinse.
- Tone with Formula C, process and rinse.
