Steps
1. Start by applying fine highlights throughout the hair (85 percent coverage) and secure in foils. This will create ribbons of highs and lows, so the dimension will pop when the toner is applied.
2. Process for 45 minutes, then rinse and wash.
3. Apply Formula B to the roots and Formula C through the midlengths and ends.
4. Allow everything to process for 45 minutes, then rinse and style as desired.
