The Formulas
- Formula A
- Scruples Power Blonde Conditioning Gel Toner – Cosmo + PURE OXI Demi Developer
- Formula B
- Scruples Urban Shock Brights Ruby - Rose + a few dots Urban Shock Brights Berry – Magenta + a few dots Urban Shock Amethyst – Lilac
- Formula C
- Formula B, diluted heavily with Urban Shock Brights Clear Mixer
- Formula D
- Urban Shock Color Craze Red
Steps
1. Pre-tone with Formula A.
2. On dry hair, apply Formula B to the roots.
3. Use Formula C for pastel pops on the blonde, then apply Formula D on a few strands around the ears for a “peekaboo” effect. Rinse carefully with cold water.
4. For an extra pop, apply glitter with Scruples Design Base BB Cream Style Primer.
