The Formulas
- Starting Levels Roots:
- natural 3/0
- Midlengths and ends:
- previously bleached to an orange/pink hue.
- Formula A (bleach):
- Wella Professionals Blondor + Welloxon Perfect 9%
- Formula B (toner):
- Wella Professionals Color Touch 10/6 + a dab of Wella Professionals Color Touch 0/88
Steps
1. Apply Formula A using a half foil to blend the roots into the bleached ends. Process for 1 hour.
2. Rinse, and tone with Formula B to achieve a pretty blue/white.
3. Blow-dry and apply Manic Panic Electric Amethyst to roots and ends and tone with Manic Panic Mystic Heather.
4. Process for 5 minutes, brush from roots to ends and rinse.
