Leave it to @shmeggsandbaconn to create the color of all our neon dreams. She mixed a babylights technique with her model’s natural base, then added in the new CHI Chromashine Mellow My Yellow and Orange You Obsessed to create a badass neon color we can’t stop obsessing over. The Formulas
- Formula A:
- Equal parts CHI Infra Blonde + CHI Blondest Blonde Ionic Lightening System + 30-volume CHI Color Generator
- Formula B:
- Equal parts CHI Chromashine Mellow My Yellow + Pearl White + a drop of Shades Of Gray
- Formula C:
- Equal parts Mellow My Yellow + Orange You Obsessed + Pearl White
Steps
1. Begin a babylights foil technique using Formula A in the front, applying only to the natural base to blend existing highlights. Continue foiling babylights on the sides and throughout the crown.
2. When the hair achieves a Level 9, rinse and dry.
3. Next, apply Formula B creatively. @shmeggsandbaconn tried to create a solid yellow look around the ends and throughout the bang area and on the ends in the back for a "dipped look.
4, Paint Formula C throughout to break up the yellow color.
