- Wella Professionals Illumina Permanent Hair Color 71 + 7/81 + 8/05 + Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer 4% (1:1)
Steps
1. Apply Formula A all over from roots to ends making sure to saturate thoroughly. Rinse after 20 minutes or until you reach the cool bronde shade.
2. At the shampoo bowl, apply Formula B on damp hair from roots to ends. Let process for 10 minutes then rinse.
