Steps
1. Apply Formula A to the tip outs, let process and rinse.
2. Alternate foiling Formulas B and C on the top section of the head.
3. Alternate foiling Formulas D and E on the bottom section of the head.
4. Let all foils process for 20 minutes, rinse and style.
