Leslie Bibb’s transformation at the White Lotus finale reunion was giving what the internet has dubbed “Rich B*tch Blonde”—and we’re obsessed. Even if you haven’t watched, think high-glam vacation chaos—and Leslie nailed the vibe. Her dimensional shade is a modern take on Old Money Blonde, perfectly paired with a sharp cut that felt polished but still edgy.

Behind the look? Color icon and co-owner of Mèche Salon in Beverly Hills Tracey Cunningham (@traceycunningham1) and legendary cutter Chris McMillan (@mrchrismcmillan)—aka the duo responsible for making blonde bobs feel aspirational again.

While Tracey used Schwarzkopf Professional® color for a crisp, clean blonde with tonal depth, Chris delivered a face-framing shape that’s already being saved to stylist moodboards everywhere.

Here's Chris' cut breakdown:

  • Blunt, straight-across bob with a slight angle in front

  • Cut with continuity in mind so it stays camera-ready and low-maintenance across multiple shoot days

  • Low-maintenance and designed to stay polished despite Thailand's humidity

Ready to recreate the color? Here’s the full formula breakdown Tracey used to build lift, brightness, softness and just the right amount of contrast.

The Formulas

Formula A (hairline)
Schwarzkopf Professional® IGORA ROYAL® 9-11 + 30-volume developer
Formula B (base)
IGORA ROYAL 8-11 + 20-volume developer
Formula C (highlights)
Schwarzkopf Professional BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ + 30-volume developer
Formula D (root: hairline)
Schwarzkopf Professional IGORA VIBRANCE® 9-5 + 5-1 + 9-5 + 5-4 + 6-volume developer
Formula E (root: base)
IGORA VIBRANCE 15g 8-0 + 15g 9-1 + 6-volume developer
Formula F (lowlights: top)
IGORA VIBRANCE 8-1 + 6-volume developer
Formula G (lowlights: bottom)
IGORA VIBRANCE 9-1 + 6-volume developer

Steps

  1. Start with Formula A on the hairline to brighten and define the perimeter.
  2. Apply Formula B to the base for soft, cool dimension.
  3. Place Formula C highlights throughout to lift and create a clean, crisp blonde.
  4. Gloss roots with Formula D, customizing the tone at the hairline and base for a seamless blend.
  5. Finish with Formula E lowlights through the top and bottom sections for added richness and balance.
