The Formulas
- Formula A: Wella Professionals BLONDOR FREELIGHTS + 40-volume developer (1:1.5 ratio)
- Formula B: oVertone Pastel Pink Daily Conditioner
Steps
1. Start by heavily balayaging with Formula A. Process for 35 minutes, ensuring she reaches a Level 10. "The pink color I used is so light, it only grabs on hair that is a Level 10," Megan said in an Instagram comment.
2. At the bowl, tone with Formula B.
