Allen reveals his secrets below, plus how much he charged for the four-hour process!

The Formulas
- Formula A:
- Multi Techniques 8 Lightening Powder + 30-volume developer
- Formula B (base):
- DIA Richesse N6 + 9-volume developer + Olaplex No.1
- Formula C (midlengths):
- DIA Richesse N8 + 9-volume developer
- Formula D (ends):
- DIA LIGHT 10.12 + Clear + 6-volume developer
Steps
1. Apply Formula A using an ombré technique. After lightening, rinse and apply Olaplex No.2 for 15 minutes. Rinse and shampoo.
2. On wet hair, tone the base using Formula B; the midlengths using Formula C and the ends using Formula D.
3. Process the roots for 20 minutes; the midlengths for 15 minutes and the length for 10 minutes.
4. Shampoo with Aveda Damage Remedy Shampoo, and follow with Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment for 20 minutes. Rinse, dry and finish with L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil on the ends.
