Steps
1. Before:
2. Highlight the hair with Formula A, using an open-air balayage technique.
3. Rinse and thoroughly cleanse using Moroccanoil® Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner. Towel-dry the hair to prepare for toning.
4. Begin the toning process. Apply Formula B as a root melt and Formula C as face-frame toner.
5. Style as desired. For this layered bob, Suzi used a pin-curl technique with the following products:
