Steps
1. Start by creating babylights that frame the face using Formula A.
2. Then, balayage the hair by taking diagonal sections and alternate applying Formula A and Formula B. Process for 25 minutes, then shampoo and rinse.
3. Apply Oligo Professionnel Blacklight Blue Shampoo and process for 5 minutes. Then, rinse and condition.
4. Create loose, beachy waves and apply a texture spray.
