- Eugene Perma Carmen Cream Hair Color 6N
- Formula B:
- Eugene Perma Powder 6 lightener 30-volume + 1/8 oz. Olaplex No.1
- Formula C (glaze):
- Redken Shades EQ Color Gloss 9n + Shades EQ 9p + Clear
Steps
1. Apply Formula A at the root, pulling the color through to the midlengths in the interior for a lowlight effect.
2. Apply Formula B to the midlengths and ends using a balayage technique.
3. At the bowl, glaze with Formula C, and process for two minutes.
