We spied this super cool pastel melt at the Wella Professionals Top Artist Training in Santa Monica, where artists from across North America had the chance to experiment with Wella’s new Color Fresh CREATE semi-permanent line! This creation is by Wella Top Artists Dean Roybal and Danny Lozado, who started with Level 2 virgin hair and ended with a pastel dream!

Steps
- Globally lighten with Formula A.
- Alternate sections of Formula B and Formula C as the root color throughout the head.
- Melt each section into Formulas D and E.
