The Formulas
- Formula A
- Scruples Power Blonde 9+ Lightening Powder + PURE OXI 20-Volume Creme Developer + b3 Brazilian Bond Builder
- Formula B
- 2 oz. Scruples Shadow Lowlights 4GN + ½ oz. Shadow Lowlights 6NA + choice of developer
- Formula C
- 2 oz. Shadow Lowlights 4GN + ½ oz. 2GN + choice of developer
- Formula D
- Equal parts Shadow Lowlights 9G + Shadow Lowlights 6GN + PURE OXI Demi Developer
Steps
1. Balayage with Formula A in small panels.
2. Apply lowlights with Formula B and apply Formula C to the base.
3. Tone at the bowl with Formula D.
