Cheek Strobe

The concept of strobing is simple—a pop of light illuminates a target area like a strobe light illuminates its subject on a photo set. In the new Rock ‘N’ Strobe Collection, the artists at Matrix have embraced strobing as a highlighting technique by strategically placing highlights to illuminate eyes, jawline, cheekbones, etc. Here, Cheek Strobe embeds dove gray highlights within a coal base at cheek level to spotlight and enhance a chiseled bone structure.
