Taking a brassy, grown-out balayage into a blended ombré is super satisfying…that’s why we loved this look by BTC Team Member Wes Palmer aka @wesdoeshair. He saved the day with this correction, and his deets (including pricing) are below!

The Formulas

Formula A
TIGI® copyright©olour true light white + copyright©olour rich creme activator 12% (40-volume)
Formula B (root)
TIGI® copyright©olour 4/0 + copyright©olour rich creme activator 2.55% (8.5-volume)
Formula C (mids)

Formula D (ends)
copyright©olour 9/02 + copyright©olour rich creme activator 2.55% (8.5-volume)

Steps

1. Apply Formula A in large wide plank panels on a slant to break up previous blonding. Process for 30 minutes, then rinse.

2. Apply Formula B to the roots and process for 7 minutes.

3. With Formula B still processing, apply Formula C to the mids and process for 5 minutes.

4. With the two toning formulas still processing, apply Formula D to the ends. Process for another 5 minutes. “I use different toners for different results, and I need something that got me some extra coverage,” Wes shared. “I like copyright©olour for the coverage I get. It’s easy to blend, cancels out unwanted tones with ease and just makes my life easier.”

5. Rinse, shampoo, condition and style.
