Steps
1. Starting in the back, balayage with Formula A and work your way to the front. Process for about 35 minutes.
2. Shampoo, then apply Formula B to the roots only.
3. As her roots process, tone the rest of the hair with Formula C.
4. Trim the ends, diffuse her hair, then use a small wand to smooth out a few of her curls.
