The Formulas
- Formula A (root):
- 5VR + 10-volume developer
- Formula B (front lightener):
- Up to 7 Lightener + 30-volume developer
- Formula C (back lightener):
- Up to 7 Lightener + 40-volume developer
- Formula D (toner):
- Shades EQ Gloss 9V + 9T + Shades Developer
- Formula E:
- Shades EQ Gloss 7NW + 9NW + Shades Developer
Steps
1. Apply Formula A on the roots using a Redken Blur Brush to melt down.
2. While Formula A processes, balayage Formula B through the top and side sections.
3. Next, balayage Formula C on the back sections.
4. Process hair to desired level. Next, tone with Formula D for 2 minutes.
5. Gloss with Formula E. Process 15 minutes.
