- Level 1 (Black) or Level 2 (Dark Brown), with less than 15 percent gray
- Formula A:
- Beth Minardi Signature Permanent Creme Color equal parts 3ICE + 4BB + equal parts 20-volume developer
Steps
- Apply the formula all over, using your hands to saturate the color and really work it through.
- Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Then treat the hair "at the sink" with Minardi System 2 Balancing Hair Wash and Minardi System 2 Balancing After-Wash.
